Everything Under the Sun...

Absolute vanity, this is what the wisest man in the world said, that everything under the sun is vanity. He also states that there is nothing new under the sun... I write this because I keep hearing "preachers, prophets and the such" say that God is doing a new thing, well if that is true then they are saying that god is a liar in his word..., How can Solomon who God gave so much wisdom to know that everything under the sun is not new, in fact it states, that what was done or has ever been shall begin again, what will be has already been and there is no new thing under the sun. For me I will choose to believe what Solomon has to say since God allowed it to be put in His book, and since God gave Solomon the wisdom and stated that no other man on the earth would ever have the same wisdom as Solomon, I have to agree with him, so on that note I encourage you to leave me the reason's why I am correct or where you think I have missed it...I look forward to the discussions.

Silence is Golden

I remember a time in my life that I found it hard to stay in a quite place, needing a television or radio some sort of noise. I have come to a place in my life that I now enjoy and cherish those quite moments and the stillness. In those quite moments there is a peace and serenity that comes and then a rejuvenation. That still small voice can be heard much clearer when you get in a quite place and learn to enjoy and even relish in the silence.
Most people can't stand the quite, they can't stand the stillness, they have not come to that place of peace, the constant noise is a distraction for them...age helps to enjoy the quite, in fact there are times when sounds just become too much chaos, and just plain noise.
Find the joy and peace in the quite place...Silence is golden.

Christians...

What have I to say about "Christians" today? Am I going to tick someone off? YES...

I have watched and listen to christians who have gone to church for years, who seem to never get any victory. I have become disgusted with the whiney Christains who praise Jesus and then in the same breath whine.

What is wrong with this picture? You have an ever present and all knowing Father who has given you the power of life and death...your tongue, you know that tiny little member of your body that continues to wreak havoc.

You have been given the power, power over your situation but instead of speaking those things that are not as though they are, you whine about every trial, storm and fire you go through, stop it. you will never gain your victory and you certainly will not keep it.

Two things to keep in mind...

1. If you can not learn to get victory and keep it from the one who is suppose to be teaching you then perhaps it is time you leave.

2. If the one that is teaching you is correct then you need to take a good look at who it is that you are believing on and put away the children toys and become the adult you are suppose to become, it is time for you to throw away your bottle and eat some meat...

God is not your sugar daddy, he is not your pimp and he is not to be taken lightly. He never promised any of us an easy road, in fact he tells us quite the opposite, you will have trials, you will have storms you are no different from anyone else, but he also tells us that we have the victory, and even in the mist of these trials and storms to guard our joy....if you continue to keep giving the enemy your joy, you give him your victory.

Some will say I have come off too hard, not showing love, the truth is I am responding with love by telling you the cold hard truth, I wasn't created to give you padded answers or allow you to think that it is everyone else's job to hold you up in prayer, or come running everytime a storm hits and you whine, no I was created to tell you it is time to grow up, pray yourself up and like David encourage yourself in the Lord.....

America Wake Up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was mortified by the misinformation that I read on AOL yesterday by a journalist that obviously did not do his homework, he stated that child abductions were not as bad today as they were ten years ago...He stated that it just seemed that way because the media has sensationalized the recent abductions... What????

I work with Child Shield U.S.A. I can tell you from my homework that it is in fact alot worse than ten years ago, only now it is getting the attention that is needed. Over 2100 children are reported missing everyday...everyday! This does not include those that do not get reported, or the immigrants who are afraid to report their missing for fear of getting deported back to the countries they fled...

I am honestly discouraged by the lack of attention that some of our missing children receive, Of all the five year olds that went missing this year in Florida, you did not hear about the little boy that went missing on January 10, 2009 from his grandmothers yard, his name Is Adji Disir, he was five and mentally challegend and he is black, the news never mentioned him and it was only until this month November 2009 that People magazine finally mention him after ten months....what is wrong with this picture?

Let's talk about the teenagers that go missing and because they are teens are automically assumed to be runaways....Today's drug dealers are finding it harder and more difficult to find the right substances to cut their dope so they have found a new way to to make their money...they snatch your teenage children and sell them as prostitutes...

It is not better than ten years ago...it is in fact alot worse and still we in America are clueless or unwillingly to think that it could happen to them...heres a news flash for you, every parent of a missing child said the same thing, some of those same parents will never see their children alive again.... It can and it does happen right here in good ole America...

Fight The Good fight

Well today I have to sit back in awe at the ignorance of the human race...I wonder when will we begin to stand up and become that which God ordained us to be...more than conquerors. I watch as the enemy has his way in my family and with those that he allows to use them and have to be reminded of the pearl of great price, hearing that still small voice reminding me that it is only a piece of sand, a small irritant that will eventually create the beautiful pearl that so many are willing to spend their monetary gain on....but are never willing to pay the price to become that beautiful pearl. When you are in the Good fight listen for that still small voice and ask yourself this...am I the pearl or am I the sand. I can sit and watch as the clam is going on its merry way and that small piece of sand gets stuck in the grip of the clam, the clam begins to spin that small piece of sand around and around trying to spin it out of its grip only to find that the small piece of sand starts to get bigger and bigger until it now a beautiful pearl. There are times that we find ourselves being the clam and then yes there are those times that we find ourselves being the sand. Today I am becoming the pearl. When you find yourself in the position that no matter what you say it is taken out of the context in which you stated or the stupidity of those that the enemy uses begins to gain momentum with the others around the devil's advocate, then you my dear are the clam about to produce the pearl...I hope you hear that still small voice that reminds us that before the earth was formed our footsteps were already ordered and yours are no different follow the path that He set for you and let HIM take care of the rest, because remember when you try to argue with stupidity you give them the advantage...just like the clam, allow it to spin right off your back and watch as that glorious pearl shines....goodnite all jj

Today is the day.

Hello All,

I have started this blog on this site hoping that it will do better than the previous one on another site. I had many different problems with the system, so today we start fresh and new and if you were trying to follow me before I hope you will continue.

Today I am just getting my wheels turning, I had started a book some time back and since I have been laid off work I'm thinking this is the time to see if I can get that finished. I have gotten the move taken care of and most things are unpacked, somethings may never get unpacked.......lol.
